Events

Host the next REM or EUCO

REM is a weekend: the city, the assembly, and a gala, with accommodation inside the fee. EUCO is the long one, five days and usually more than 500 people, with workshops, the gala dinner, and the gala party.

  1. Read the bylaws. They are on the current site’s resources page.
  2. Ask events@rotaracteurope.eu for the event manual.
  3. Talk to the Events Committee at that same address before you spend money.
  4. Fill in the bid papers and get your local Rotary club behind them.
  5. Complete the Sustainable Event Checklist.
  6. Write the budget.
  7. Build the presentation from the template the committee sends.
  8. Submit the official form. The live form is still on the current host page.
